Meet the Beetee & Associates Management Team

Tunde Akinwunmi FCA, ACIT

Managing Partner/CEO

Tunde Akinwunmi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

His work experience took him through the classroom as a part-time lecturer in Taxation at Yaba College of Technology, Yaba-Lagos to the top management positions in the manufacturing and merchandising industries. He worked as an Assistant Accountant in D.U & Hawana Nigeria Ltd from 1986 to 1990. Between 1990 and 1992, he was an Assistant Manager (Accounts) at Tate Industries PLC and from there, he moved to International Plastics Nigeria Ltd and Iddo Plastics Ltd as the Group Accountant between 1992 and 1997. At Amarilo Industries Ltd, he was at various periods, the Chief Accountant and the Executive Director (Finance and Admin) between 1997 and 2003. Subsequently and progressively, Tunde moved on in consultancy business.

Ayo Ogunsina BA, MILR, LLB, BL, AIPM, MITD

Partner, Manpower Development

Ayo Ogunsina holds Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in History and Masters Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and University of Ibadan respectively.

A consultant of many years standing, Ayo Ogunsina had worked as Head of Human Resources Management in some companies before venturing into consultancy. His Strength entails: Organisational transformation and change management; Performance improvement and business re-engineering; Facilitation of executive workshops and conferences.

Audu Onumoh FCA

Partner, Financial Services

Audu is graduate Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He has various training in South Africa and Germany. Audu is the Partner in charge of Beetee Financial Services.

He has over 30 years’ experience in advising multinationals in reorganizations, Reporting Accountant Services and external audit. He has been involved in a wide variety of transactions, for corporate as well as private equity buyers and sellers, covering deal support in strategic deal advice, financial due diligence, structuring, negotiations and post deal integration. He worked for Ernst & Young in Assurance and Transaction Advisory Services from 2005 to 2011 as a senior manager. He has served in various Companies and public Sector spanning over 24 years before joining Ernst & Young, Nigeria.
